Product Description

This test laboratory is for measuring the capacity and power input of compressor condensing units, by secondary fluid calorimeter on the suction side (method A as per EN standard) for small unit or dry system refrigerant calorimeter on the suction side (Method B as per EN standard) for big unit and refrigerant liquid flow meter on the liquid side method (method D as per EN standard).
It consists of a climate chamber, a refrigerant test loop, an auxiliary water system and an electrical control and measurement system, to maintain compressor condensing unit in the specified working condition;

Feature at a glance

1. Automatic control and stability monitoring for Suction temperature and pressure, Discharge pressure.
2. Software application basing on Labview. Graphic user interface.

4. Refrigerant properties calculation traceable to NIST Database 23.
5. Coriolis liquid mass flow meter method as secondary method
6. Primary and secondary measurement, balance less than ±3%.
7. The reproducibility less than ±1.5%.
8. Capacity and power Difference compared with Master unit tested by the other test lab approved by certifying agencies≤ 2%
9. Controlled temperature around the compressor is a standard specification.
