Synopsis of the EquipmentThis equipment is for measuring the calories of Air-con. It also measures various kinds of data including pressure and electric properties of the Air-con. And it consists of indoor laboratory (1 room), outdoor laboratory (1 room), air handling unit, refrigerating machine, airflow meter, power panel, computer system and so on.

If there is no current regulation, construction standards and special instructions, we will take charge according to the ISO5151-1994.
Installation: as per National Construction Regulations related to HVAC.
Test methodsCooling capacity and heating capacity are measured on one side (indoor side) in psychrometric way by measuring the air inlet and outlet W.B. temperature difference and the circulation air volume of the Air-con. indoor unit.
Ambient conditions are achieved in both indoor and outdoor sides to meet different requirements of the tests.
Inspection ConditionsRepeatability Test (by heater)
Test method ------will test 2 times at 3 grade.
Acceptable heater difference ----- 1.5% beneath.
Standard sample as compared with to test (by ETL unit).
Test method ------will test 3 times at 3 grade of ETL sample.
Acceptable heater difference ------±1.5% compared to ETL Test result.
For fan coil unit the balance between water side and air side ------5% beneath
Conditions other than these will match the temperatures established in the correlative standards and rules
